Supply List

You may have some of these standard school supplies left from the second grade.

1 glue stick 4 packages 3-ring binder paper, regular lined, not college ruled, with margin line, not spiral bound
6 mech pencils with erasers (.07 lead) 1 folder (no rings) to keep papers in your desk
3 tubes lead, .07 1 small backpack (no wheels) that will carry one or two textbooks and lunch*
1 set colored pencils 1 3-ring binder for field trip information (2 inch). No giant size, please
2 large erasers 1 plastic sectional box with lid (tackle box) for rocks – 18-24 sections. The sections should be permanent.  Michaels has bead organizer kits with 18 sections that are reasonable.
1 pair scissors, blunt point 1 small, live cactus plant, your choice of type (optional)
1 12″ ruler 1 Children’s Intl Bible (new students are given one by the school; replacement cost is $5)
1 6″ ruler 1 color snapshot of the 3rd grade student (before school starts)
1 small stapler 1 clear jar (1/2 gallon or gallon) with a screw on lid
4 red ink ballpoint pens

*The backpack and lunch must fit into the student’s locker which is 13″ wide, 16″ high and 16″ deep. Backbacks with wheels are not allowed in the classroom or on field trips.
